But Brady had a natural talent for the game. He was a quick learner, and he had a strong arm. He quickly became one of the best players on his high school team.
After graduating from high school, Brady attended the University of Michigan. He was a backup quarterback for his first two years, but he eventually became the starter. Brady led Michigan to a national championship in 1997.
After graduating from college, Brady was drafted by the New England Patriots. He has been the Patriots' starting quarterback for 20 seasons, and he has led them to six Super Bowl victories.
Chapter 2: The Underdog
Russell Wilson was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a talented athlete from a young age, but he was also small for his age. When Wilson was in high school, he was only 5'11" and 180 pounds.
Despite his size, Wilson was a great quarterback. He was a natural leader, and he had a strong arm. He led his high school team to a state championship.
After graduating from high school, Wilson attended North Carolina State University. He was a backup quarterback for his first two years, but he eventually became the starter. Wilson led NC State to an ACC championship in 2010.
After graduating from college, Wilson was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks. He has been the Seahawks' starting quarterback for 10 seasons, and he has led them to a Super Bowl victory.
Chapter 3: The Natural
Patrick Mahomes was born in Tyler, Texas. He was a natural athlete from a young age. He could throw a football a mile, and he was also a great baseball player.
Mahomes played quarterback for Whitehouse High School. He led his team to a state championship in 2014.
After graduating from high school, Mahomes attended Texas Tech University. He was a backup quarterback for his first two years, but he eventually became the starter. Mahomes led Texas Tech to a Big 12 championship in 2016.
After graduating from college, Mahomes was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs. He has been the Chiefs' starting quarterback for five seasons, and he has led them to a Super Bowl victory.
Chapter 4: The Overcomer
Deshaun Watson was born in Gainesville, Georgia. He was a talented athlete from a young age, but he also had to overcome a lot of adversity.
Watson's father was in and out of jail, and his mother worked long hours to support the family. Watson often had to take care of his younger siblings.
